高效空分制氧吸附剂LiLSX的组成和性能评价 被引量:6

COMPOSITION AND PERFORMANCE EVALUATION OF HIGH EFFICIENT LiLSX ADSORBENT FOR AIR SEPARATION AND OXYGEN PRODUCTION

摘要 采用化学容量法和火焰光度计法分析研制的LiLSX粉状样品和球形样品,以及制备LiLSX的原料LSX样品的组成。采用BET法测定上述样品对水、环己烷和氮气的吸附容量,采用小型自制制氧装置评价LiLSX球形样品的空分产氧性能。结果表明,LiLSX样品对N2的饱和吸附容量随其Li+交换度的增加而增大;研制的LiLSX球形样品的空分产氧性能达到或超过国外某公司的产品。 LiLSX powder and pellet samples were analyzed by chemical volumetric method and flame spectrophotometry. The composition of LSX sample for preparing LiLSX was also studied. The saturated adsorption volumes for water, hexane and nitrogen on LiLSX samples were determined by BET method. A small-scale, self-made oxygen producing instrument was used to evaluate the air separation and oxygen production performance of the LiLSX pellet. It was shown that the saturated adsorption volumes of nitrogen increased with the increase of Li exchange degree in LiLSX, and the air separation and oxygen production performance of the self-developed LiLSX pellet was better than that of the foreign commercial product.
