原位生长法合成多级孔道磷酸铝系分子筛 被引量:1

IN-SITU SYNTHESIS OF HIERARCHICAL ALUMINOPHOSPHATE ZEOLITES

摘要 通过改变投料顺序改进了传统的溶剂热法,制备了粒径约为1μm的均匀AlPO4-5晶体。以多级孔道硅胶为载体,所合成的AlPO4-5为晶种,采用原位生长法合成了含有大孔和微孔的多级孔道磷酸铝系分子筛。方法简单易行。在大分子催化领域,这种多级孔道磷酸铝系分子筛催化材料将比传统的AlPO4-5分子筛的催化性能有较大提高。 Uniform AlPO4-5 crystals with pore diameter of 1μm were synthesized via improved solvothermal method by changing the original materials addition order of the traditional synthesis method. Then hierarchical aluminophosphate zeolites with continuous micrometer-scale macropores and micropores were fabricated by in-situ synthetic method, in which the hierarchical silica and the as-synthesized AlPO4-5 crystals were employed as the template and seed, respectively. It is speculated that the hierarchical aluminophosphate zeolites may possess better catalytic performance in the cracking of bulky molecules.
