甲状腺微小癌手术切除范围探讨与临床分析

摘要
甲状腺癌是人体内分泌系统最常见的恶性肿瘤，早期诊断及治疗至关重要。彩超技术的不断发展使甲状腺微小癌（thyroid microcarcinoma，TMC）的诊断率不断提高，但TMC（癌灶最大直径≤10mm）在手术方式的选择上尚有争议。我院2004年1月至2008年8月我院收治TMC患者48例，分析报告如下。
