经鼻腔逆行植入永久性人工鼻泪管治疗鼻泪管阻塞的疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Artifical Nasolacrimal Ductus Stent for Treating Nasolacrimal Duct Obstruction

目的：探讨人工鼻泪管植入治疗鼻泪管阻塞的临床疗效。方法：自2008—2009年选择32例34只眼鼻泪管阻塞患者，在局麻下，经鼻腔逆行植入永久性人工鼻泪管，术后随访3月，观察其临床疗效。结果：术中31例患者均顺利植入人工鼻泪管，经3月随访观察，不流泪，冲洗泪道通畅33只眼，手术成功率96．8％。结论：该方法安全微创，疗效确切，有推广价值。

Objective： To explore the clinical effect of artificial nasolacrimal ductus stent for treating nasolacrimal duct obstruction, Methods： 32 cases of patients with nasolacrimal duct obstruction, who were chosen from 2008 to 2009, underwent permanent artificial naso- lacrimal duct stent placement through nasal cavity under local anesthesia. Then the clinical effect were followed up for three months. Results：Artificial nasolacrimal duct stent was successfully placed in 31 cases. After 3 months followed-up, no case with lacrimation was observed. Irrigation of duct stem showed that all of the 33 eyes were unohstructed. Conclusion： This technique of permanent artificial nasolaerimal duct was safe, effective with micro incision, which was worthy of being popularize.
