摘要
利用Excel5电子表格对纤维单丝强度分布分别按正态分布与韦伯分布模型进行了统计分析,并对三种确定韦伯参数的方法进行了比较,所提出的第三种数值计算方法具有简单快速的特点。绘制了有关强度测定影响因素分析图,采用人-机对话形式,通过宏控制,实现了整个分析过程及结果输出的自动化。以自制粘胶碳纤维为例展示了部分分析结果。
The statistical analysis of strength distribution of carbon fibrils was studied using Excel 5 by Normalized and Weibull distributions models. The Weibull parameters were evaluated by three different approaches, where the fitting equation s/σ= 0.9894β-0.912 was disposed for this purpose. Avaries of factors that affect the tensile strength determination were considered and the results were displayed in figures. Using man-machine dialog, the whole process for the calculation and the output of the results were run automatically by computer. As an example, the results of the strength analysis for the rayon-based carbon fiber were demonstrated.
