摘要 基质金属蛋白酶9介导的滋养细胞迁移并侵入母体子宫组织和螺旋动脉的过程是胎盘形成的重要因素,侵入不足会造成胎儿生长受限、妊娠期高血压疾病等病理妊娠,其作用的分子机制及信号转导机制成为人们研究的热点并渐渐明朗。 Matrix metalloproteinases-9-mediated trophoblast cell migration and invasion to maternal uterine spiral arteries is an important process in placental formation,insufficient invasion will lead to pathological pregnancy such as fetal growth restriction,hypertensive disorders in pregnancy,its molecular mechanisms and signal transduction mechanism is becoming the hot spot with further clear.
