心肌标志物在脓毒症心肌损伤中的临床作用

Development of Cardiac Markers in Sepsis-Associated Myocardial Dysfunction

脓毒症引起的多器官功能衰竭是导致危重病患者的主要死因。心肌损伤在脓毒症中为器官功能障碍的常见表现。本文综述了心肌标志物肌钙蛋白和B型钠尿肽在脓毒症心肌损伤中的产生原理和临床应用,从而为脓毒症心肌损伤的早期诊断、病情监测、疗效观察和预后判断等诸方面提供了依据。

Sepsis is the leading cause of death in the critically ill predominantly as a consequence of multiple organ failure. Myocardial dysfunction is a common complication in patients with sepsis. This review summarized the mechanisms of cardiac marker such as troponin and BNP Release and the development of study on their clinical application in sepsis. We recommend the use of these biomarkers as a part of the monitoring of patients with sepsis-associated myocardial dysfunction with respect to early diagnosis, pathogenetic condition, benefit from therapy and predicting prognosis.
