Research Progress in Non-drug Therapy of Endstage Cardiac Insufficiency

心力衰竭是临床各种病因所致心脏病的最终转归,是人类健康和生命的主要威胁。许多药物在延缓心力衰竭患者寿命、改善心力衰竭症状和提高生活质量等方面发挥了积极的作用,但同时也显示出各自疗效的局限性,患者最终仍进入心力衰竭的终末期。近年来基础和临床医学专家在心力衰竭的非药物治疗方面进行了有意义的探索,并取得了一些进展。

Heart failure is the final prognosis of the heart diseases due to various clinical heart diseases, which has been the main threat of the human health and life. Many drugs have played an active role in prolonging the life-span of the patients with heart failure, improving the symptoms of heart failure, and enhancing their life quality. However, these drugs have also showed their limitations of curative effect. The patients finally entered the end-stage of heart failure. In recent years, basic and clinical medical experts have made meaningful explorations in non-drug therapy of heart failure, and have made some progress.
