摘要 既往研究表明,胱抑素C抑制半胱氨酸蛋白酶活性,可以反应肾小球受损。新近研究发现,胱抑素C可能受到年龄、性别的影响。它可能预测早期糖尿病的发生,是比肌酐更为敏感的评价肾功能损害的指标。此外还参与炎症过程,与动脉粥样硬化的发生、发展有关,与冠状动脉、外周动脉病变有良好的相关性,可以预测糖尿病心血管并发症的风险,如预测急性冠状动脉综合征的发生和预后,预测冠状动脉病变的广度及心力衰竭的风险,在糖尿病领域有广泛用途。 Previously research indicated that cystatin C inhibitory the activity of cysteine protease. It can respond to glomerular damage. Recent study found that cystatin C may be subject to age,gender impact. It is possible to predict the early occurrence of diabetes. It is more sensitive than creatinine for evaluation of the indicators of renal dysfunction. In addition cystatin C is also involved in the inflammation process ,related with the occurrence and development of atherosclerosis. Between cystatin C and the coronary artery, peripheral arterial disease,there is a good relationship. We can predict the risk of cardiovascular complications of diabetes,such as the occurrence and prognosis of acute coronary syndrome,the extent of coronary artery disease,the risk of heart failure. Cystatin C have a wide range of uses in the field of diabetes.
