基质金属蛋白酶及其抑制物与多囊卵巢综合征的相关性研究

摘要 基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)是人体内一组降解细胞外基质(ECM)的蛋白水解酶类,其作用受金属蛋白酶组织抑制剂(TIMPs)的调控。研究表明,MMPs通过对ECM的降解作用精密调控着子宫内膜的脱落、排卵、胚胎着床及种植等,同时可能参与多囊卵巢综合征的发生和发展。TIMPs是近年来发现的有抑制MMPs活性的一组多功能因子家族,它通过对MMPs的抑制不仅在正常ECM改建和各种病理过程中发挥重要的生理作用,而且在细胞的生长、增殖和分化中发挥一定的作用。 Matrix metalloproteinases(MMPs) is a group of key enzymes in degrading extraeellular matrix ( ECM ) in human, its effect is mainly regulated by tissue inhibitors of metalloproteinases (TIMPs). Recent evidence has shown that Matrix metalloproteinases(MMPs) play an important role in many biological processes, such as shedding of endometrium, ovulation process, nidation and plantation of embryo and so on, It also take part in in the gensis and development of many diseases such as polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS). In recent years, people discover that Tissue inhibitors of metalloproteinases (TIMPs)belong to a large family of multifunction factors, they are one of the most important proteolitic enzymes which remodeling of the extracellular matrix and take part in many pathological processes, which also can control other important processes, such as the cell growth, hyperplasia, differentiation and so on.
