摘要
根据西气东输二线焊接施工的经验,从铜管级配、坡口加工、管口预热、焊接材料、焊接工艺参数、焊接电弧穿透力、送丝速度、特殊坡口组对的焊接以及焊工的操作技能等方面总结了CRC EVANS全自动焊施工技术的要点及其要求.介绍了施工现场应用情况.并对CRC EVANS全自动焊进行了效益分析。现场施工实践证明.CRC EVANS全自动焊效率大约是手工焊接的10~12倍.日平均焊接70~80道焊口,焊接合格率达98.89%。
Based on the experience of welding construction in the Second West to East Gas Transmission Pipeline Project, this paper summarizes the key construction points and requirements of CRC EVANS fully automatic welding technology regarding steel pipe gradation, bevel machining, pipe end preheating, welding materials, welding process parameters, penetrability of welding arc, wire feeding velocity, butt welding of special groove and welding personnel operation skill, describes field application of the welding method and analyzes its benefits. The practice indicates that the efficiency of CRC EVANS fully automatic welding is 10~12 times higher than that of manual welding, the quantity of daily average welds is 70~80, welding qualified rate is 98.89%.
