腹腔镜胆囊切除术后胆总管下端狭窄的内镜治疗

Endoscopic therapy common bile duct postcholecystectomy

目的探讨胆总管下端狭窄的内镜诊断与治疗。方法120例胆囊切除术后综合征患者行内镜下逆行胰胆管造影，对其中53例（44．17％）胆总管下端狭窄患者行内镜下治疗。结果胆囊切除术后综合征缓解率100％。结论内镜下乳头括约肌切开可作为胆总管下端狭窄首选的治疗方法。

Objective To study the clinic diagnoses and therapy of endoscopic sphineterotomy（EST） in patients with stricture of down common bile duct postcholeeystectomy. Methods Fifty - three patients with stricture of down common bile duct were found in 120 patients with posteholecystectomy syndromes through endoscopic retrograde chalongiopancreatography, who were treated through EST. Results Relief rate of postcholecystectomy was 100%. Conclusion EST is effective to stricture of down common bile duct postcholecystectomy.
