摘要
管内流体气动加热严重影响电力企业的安全生产。采用旋流修正的k-ε湍流模型应用于管内蒸汽流的气动加热计算,计算结果与现场分析结论相符合,证明了模型的有效性。揭示了电厂汽轮机高压缸疏水管超温爆管的机理,为管内高速流动的安全设计提供参考。
Aerothermodynamics in pipe badly endangers the safety operation of power utilities. This paper applies the realizable κ-ε Turbulence Model to Aerothermodynamics Computations in pipe. The calculation result greets with the field analyzing conclusion. It proves the model's availability. The paper brings out the pipe bursting mechanism by aerothermodynamics excess temperature of HP drain pipe, and offers reference for the secure design of high-flow in pipe.
