国华北京热电厂高压进汽调节门卡涩事故分析

Analysis of HP Governing Valve Jam of Guohua Beijing Cogeneration Power Plant

对一台ABB凝汽抽汽式机组因高压进汽调节门卡涩而引起的停机事故进行了分析。初步分析出高压调节门的卡涩为油动机压缩弹簧预压缩量不足而致。并对ABB高压调节门新的设计进行了介绍。

This paper analyzed the unit shutdown caused by HP governing valve jam of an extraction condensing unit. The cause of the failure was the deficiency of pre-pressing of servomotor spring. A new design of ABB HP governing valve was introduced.
