水蒸汽在蛇管内分层流膜状冷凝

摘要 对水蒸汽在蛇管内分层流膜状冷凝传热进行了理论分析和实验研究。根据数学模型研究了蛇管的倾斜角、曲率半径等因素对膜状冷凝传热系数的影响;由实验测定了蛇管内水蒸汽膜状冷凝传热系数,并与理论值进行了对比,两者吻合较好。 The heat transfer of steam in a helically coiled tube with stratified film condensation is investigated theoretically. The effects of helix angle and coil diameter on the heat transfer coefficients of stratified film condensation have been investigated. The steam condensation experiment are carried out in a helically coiled tube. The results show that the predicted heat transfer coefficients agree with the experimental data.
