摘要
现行的定位误差分析计算方法和工艺尺寸链计算方法的理论体系相互割裂,导致机械加工中工序精度分析时需对定位误差计算和工序尺寸计算分别单独进行,并常得出相互矛盾的结论.为解决该问题,提出了工序精度的综合分析法,并将定位误差引入到工艺尺寸链的计算中,以其作为判断工序精度能力是否足够的依据.
The theoretical systems of computing method for present positioning error analysis and technology dimension chain mutually fragment,which results in that working processes precision needs to separately calculate positioning error and technology dimension chain and this often obtains contradictionary conclusion.To solve this problem,comprehensive analysis method was proposed trying to introduce positioning error to calculation of technology dimension chain and take this as a judgment for capacity of working processes precision.
