摘要
矫直机是保证板带生产质量的关键设备。传动扭矩是矫直机主传动系统设计的主要依据。传统的矫直扭矩计算方法不能适用于集中驱动式矫直机力能参数的设计。通过分析集中驱动式矫直机矫直过程的特点,研究矫直机工作辊扭矩之间的耦合关系,改进了集中驱动的辊式矫直机传动扭矩的计算方法。该方法考虑了工作辊压下量的差异对其传动系统产生附加力矩的影响,使集中驱动式矫直机主传动系统各辊的传动扭矩得到重新分配。研究表明,传动扭矩改进算法不但使计算值更接近实际状态,而且为集中驱动式矫直机力能参数设计提供了新的理论基础。
The plate roller straightener is the important equipment which guaranties the quality of the plate. The design of the main drive system mainly bases on the torque moment of transmission shaft. The traditional method of calculating the transmission torque can't use to design the energetic parameters of the concentrative drive straightener. By analyzing the characteristic of the straitening process of the concentrative drive straightener, the coupling between the shafts is studies and the traditional method of calculating the transmission torque is improved. The improved calculation considers the additional torque caused by the dif- ferent intermesh. The additional torque also leads the transmission torque to reassign. The research indicates the result of improved calculation is closer to the fact and provides the new theoretics of the design of energetic parameters.
