摘要
文章通过显微硬度图像分析系统、扫描电镜、小开孔断裂力学机理、ANSYS有限元法等,分析了拉杆头失效机理。结果表明,拉杆头断裂失效问题并非由于材料或热处理工艺导致,而根本原因是强度不足所致。利用有限元法优化结构,去除注油孔,并增加壁厚,提高了抗拉强度,消除安全隐患。
The failure mechanism of fork lift drawhead was analyzed by the image analyses system of micro-hardness, the scanning electron microscope, the theory of cylinder with a small opening and ANSYS of finite element. The results indicate that the problem happened in failure mechanism of the fork lift drawhead was not caused by materials or heat-treatment proceses. The reason caused by the fracture was revealed and we got a better structure optimizing, the tensile strength was improved by wiping off the grease and enhancing the cliff thick. Accordingly, the hidden trouble on safety is eliminated.
