摘要
为了探索大跨度悬索桥钢箱梁的焊接技术,采用试验和理论研究的方法对珠江黄埔大桥南汊桥钢箱梁制造的焊接材料选择、预热温度确定、焊接工艺制定、焊接变形控制、焊缝检验进行了分析研究,并对重点部位的焊缝提出了相应的工艺措施。实践证明所采用的焊接技术措施在该桥的制造中是切实可行的,确保了该桥的生产制造。将合理的焊接技术成功应用于珠江黄埔大桥南汊桥的制造,可供同类桥梁钢结构焊接制造借鉴。
To seek the welding techniques of steel box girder for suspension bridge with large span,tests and theoretical study are conducted to analyze the choosing of welding materials ,determination of preheat temperature ,establishment of welding procedure, welding deformation control and weld inspection in the fabrication of steel box girders for south part of Pearl River Huangpu Bridge, and corresponding processing measures are taken for welds at important places.The practice proves that the adopted welding techniques are feasible in the fabrication of this bridge and ensure the fabrication.The successful application of proper welding techniques in the fabrication of this bridge provide technical references for the same kind of bridges on steel structure welding.
