摘要 在对焊枪摆动形式进行分析的基础上,设计了以DSP为核心控制器件,滚珠丝杠螺母为主要执行机构的焊接摆动器。摆动机构由步进电机驱动,摆动形式为直线往复式,摆动参数完全由程序控制,可以通过人机界面自由设定摆幅、摆频、摆动中心和停留时间等,摆动停止时由程序控制自动回到摆动中心。同时针对步进电机加速过程中较易出现的失步和过冲问题,重点对步进电机的加减速控制进行了较深入的分析,并给出了相应的软件实现方法。 Based on the analysis of torch oscillating,a new welding oscillator which control core is DSP and which main operator is ball screw pair is designed.The swing operator is driven by stepper motor and the style of swing is straight reciprocating motion.The parameter of swing is controlled by process.The swing amplitude, the frequency of swing, the center of swing and the staying time could be set by human-computer interface.The center of swing can be returned automatically by process when stopping.To aim at the problem of losing step and overshoot who are appeared easily in the speed-up process of stepper motor,the control of acceleration or slow down for stepper motor is analysis deeply and the software realization is nrovided.
