A discussion on methods used for determination of mol ratio of OH/Fe in polymerized iron chlo-ride is presented in this paper and the method by the addition of excess sodium hydroxide to precipitate iron hy-droxide and the excess of NaOH in the filtrate is titrated with HCI is recommended for the determination of the mol ratio OH/Fe.
