摘要
分析研究了振动上料装置的机电参数,指出机械参数决定了上料装置的幅频特性;驱动电路的电气参数决定了电磁牵引力的频率、变化幅度和波形;时间常数限制了驱动频率的提高;线圈电阻则决定了线圈电流的最大值。同时还给出了机电参数的设计原则:首先考虑机械参数满足生产的要求,再使得电气参数与之匹配,从而得到最佳的工作状态。
We studied the relationship between electromechanical parameter of the vibratory feeding device and working state and proved that mechanical parameter determines the characteristic of the equipment's amplitude-frequency, the electric parameter of drive circuit determines the frequency, amplitude and wave shape of the electromagnetism traction force, the time constant limits the enhance of the drive frequency, and the loop resistance decides the loop traction circuit maximal value. At the same time we gave the design principle of electromechanical parameter: first, the mechanical parameter should fulfill the production demand, and then, it should match the electric parameter in order to get the optimal working state.
