摘要
合成了一种新型的气相色谱固定相6-(1-苯并氮杂-15-冠-5)-2,3,6-O-全甲基-β-环糊精,并用于一些对映体与芳香族位置异构体的分离。结果表明,新型固定相具有良好的选择性和拆分能力,显示了环糊精与冠醚对化合物分离的协同作用。
A new capillary gas chromatographic chiral stationary phase of 6 (1 benzo aza 15 crown 5 2,3,6 permethyl β CD(BA 15C5 PM β CD) was synthesized for the first time. It was coated on fused silica capillary column with OV 1701 (1∶1, V/V). High column efficiency (4 074plates/m) was obtained. Excellent selectivity of optical isomers including alcohols, diols, haloalcohols, ethyl 2 bromopropionate and bornyl acetate were achieved and good separations were obtained for positional isomers of aromatic compounds. Results were compared with those obtained on DB TFA β CD, PMHP β CD and PSO DB 3 15C5. The selectivity of enantiomers and positional isomers containing polar groups on BA 15C5 PM β CD was better than on the other three columns. The results showed that joint effect between the special caves of β CD and crown ether plays a significant role in the separations. The separation mechanism of the stationary phase will be further studied.
