水喷雾灭火系统扑救白酒火灾的试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对四川省地方标准DB 51/T 5050《白酒厂设计防火规范》中采用水喷雾灭火系统作为白酒库固定灭火系统的相关设计参数进行实验测试,在设定喷头数量、喷雾强度和持续喷雾时间等的条件下,用水喷雾灭火系统扑救酒精度为60度的白酒火。实验证明,水喷雾灭火系统应用于扑救白酒火灾是有效的,其灭火效果与水雾液滴大小、雾化角大小、供水强度、管道的施工情况等因素有关。 An experiment was taken in connection with the relational parameters of using water spray extinguishing system as the Chinese spirits storehouse's fixed extinguishing system, which are prescribed by provincial standard of Sichuan, "Distillery Fire Protection Planning Standard" DB51/ T5050. A fire suppression experiment burning Chinese spirits whose alcohol percentage is 60%(VOL) as fuel, and using water spray extinguishing system under certain spray head quantity, spray intension and durative spray time was introduced. It validates the reliability of applying water spray extinguishing system to Chinese spirits fire, and the result depends on the size of the droplets, the spray angle, the strength of water supply, and the construction of the pipeline.
