摘要
建立了一种利用气相色谱法测定油脂中棕榈酸单甘油酯与油酸单甘油酯含量的方法。样品中加入六甲基二硅氨烷,于95℃水浴中完成硅烷化反应。样品的平均加标回收率分别为96.30%与97.82%,RSD分别为1.8%与2.1%。最低检出限分别为0.01μg/g与0.1μg/g。
A gas chromatographic method for the quantitative analysis of monopalmitin and monoolein in fat and oil was described. The gas chromatographic separation was achieved on a glass column packed with 2%OV 17/Chromosorb W AW DMCS at a column temperature of 250℃. The carrier gas was N 2. The injector and detector (FID) temperature was 290℃. Recoveries of monopalmitin and monoolein were 96 30% and 97 82%, respectively. The RSD of monopalmitin and monoolein were 1 8% and 2 1%, respectively. The linear relationship of calibration curves was good in the range of 0 1 0 8g/L and 0 5 1 5g/L for monopalmitin and monoolein.
