服务外包为越来越多的企业所青睐,必然是这种交易方式满足了双边企业的逐利需求,服务外包的蓬勃发展,针对这一热点日益丰富的实践探索需要及时的理论提炼,所以,本文首先介绍服务外包的经济学理论基础,然后介绍国内外学者对服务外包传统研究的回顾,包括内涵的界定,外包的动因,外包的风险以及新趋势,最后对服务外包的选择机制进行文献综述。
The service outsourcing is favored by ever more enterprises for that kind of transaction meets needs of both sides. The paper introduces the theoretical foundation for service outsourcing, reviews the researches on it home and abroad, and summarizes the selecting mechanism of service outsourcing.
