摘要
主要针对组织内各个单位在实施知识共享活动中,如何就总部与单位成员之间利益分配上的冲突问题进行博弈分析。首先提出了组织总部与单位成员之间进行知识共享利益分配的博弈模型,其次从组织和单位成员两个角度进行了研究,得出了在开展知识共享过程中利益分配的最优性条件,最后以中石油集团为案例进行了应用分析。
This paper researches mainly on how to allocate the utility which is brought by the knowledge sharing between the organization and group units in enterprises. It first builds the knowledge sharing game model between the organization and group units. Then it researches the model from two aspects and obtains the optimization solution during the benefit distribution. Finally, it points out the empirical meaning of the model presented in this paper.
