Aiming at Development Trend and Striving for Development——Reflection on Strengthening Tangshan Financing in the Context of Financial Crisis

由于多方面原因,唐山存在金融市场建设滞后,融资生态环境欠佳,融资专业人才欠缺,政府管理部门职能弱化等问题。文章着眼金融危机的大背景,立足唐山市实际,提出通过加强融资工作的领导,强化金融市场建设,探索资本运作模式,优化金融生态环境,打造金融人才高地等措施,促进唐山市资源型城市转型,提升城市综合竞争力。

Due to various reasons, Tangshan financial market construction lags behind, financial ecological environment are not quite good, financial personnels are insufficient and government administrative departments do not function well. Under the context of financial crisis and based on Tangshan reality, the paper proposes strengthening financing leadership and financing market construction, exploring capital operation mode, optimizing financial ecological environment and training and attracting financial personnel to promote transformation of Tangshan, a resourcebased city, and enhance its urban comprehensive competitiveness.
