摘要 目的研究护士工作压力对工作满意度、工作倦怠及离职意愿的影响程度,供相关部门缓解护士工作压力提供参考。方法以浙江省三家省级医院的临床护士作为研究对象,通过对272位护士的问卷调查收集相关数据,并通过叙述性统计和回归分析得出结论。结果护士工作压力源各变量之间呈正相关,工作压力源与工作满意度呈负相关,与工作倦怠和离职意愿呈正相关。结论护士工作压力对护士的工作满意度、工作倦怠及离职意愿有很大影响,相关部门应采取有效措施缓解护士的工作压力。 Objective To study the effect of nurses' working pressure on job satisfaction, job burnout and turnover intention to provide evidence for relieving nurses' working pressure. Method Study on clinical nurses in three provincial hospital of Zhejiang. Collect data through investigating 272 nurses by questionnaire and draw conclusion by narrative statistics and regression analysis. Result There is positive correlation between each variable resource of nurses' working pressure. Resources of nurses' working pressure is negatively correlated to job satisfaction and positively correlated to job burnout and turnover intention. Conclusion Nurses' working pressure has great effect on job satisfaction, job burnout and turnover intention. Effective measures should be taken to relieve nurses' working pressure.
