利用碘-三辛胺盐酸盐反应分光光度测定TOA·HCl

Determination of Trioctylamine Salt by Spectrophotometric Iodine Method

研究了测定三辛胺盐酸盐（简称ＴＯＡ·ＨＣｌ）的一种新方法——碘光谱法．ＴＯＡ·ＨＣｌ在四氯化碳溶液中与碘生成电荷转移化合物，该物质的最大吸收波长为３７０ｎｍ．ＴＯＡ·ＨＣｌ在０～４×１０－４ｍｏｌ·Ｌ－１范围内符合比耳定律．该方法准确、简便、快速，其它溶剂的干扰较小，回收率在９４．５％～１０１．９％，能够满足分析的需要．

A new method for determination Tri n octylamine salt (TOA·HCl) by spectro photometric iodine method has been studied in this paper.TOA·HCl reacted with Iodine in the solution of CCl 4 to produce electron transfer complex.The maximum absorbance of the complex was at 370nm.Beer's law was obeyed in the range of 0￣4×10 -4 mol·L -1 for TOA·HCl. The method was sensitive, simple, rapid and the interference of the other solvents was little.The recoveries were between 94.4%￣101.9%. It can satisfy the requirement of analysis perfectly.
