摘要
针对碱法铁黄制备过程,利用TEM和XRD等研究了铁黄粒子的形成机理。反应初期具有六角片状结构的氢氧化亚铁沉淀部分氧化生成可溶中间产物,随氧化分率增大粒子结构发生转变,最终分裂为铁黄粒子核,其长轴小于40nm,轴比为4~6,铁黄长轴生长沿110面进行。在铁黄合成初期加入硅酸钠,可减小铁黄粒子粒度,但不改变铁黄成核生长机理。
The formation mechanism of ultrafine α-FeOOH particles under strongly alkaline conditions was investigated by the use of TEM and XRD etc. The results indicated that the formation of α-FeOOH was a reconstructive phase transformation process, and there existed intermediate of G.R.(Ⅱ). Crystal growth of α-FeOOH took place mainly along (110) place, which made the increasing of α-FeOOH acicularity.the mechanism changed little but particle siz of α-FeOOH particles decreased with doping silicon at initial reaction stage.
