极化玻碳电极和聚L-半胱氨酸玻碳修饰电极稳定性的研究 被引量:1

摘要 在含有5.0×10-3mol.L-1EP的浓度为0.5 mol.L-1H2SO4溶液中,采用循环伏安法研究并比较了极化玻碳电极与聚L-半胱氨酸修饰电极的稳定性.实验结果表明,两者都表现出较为可逆的伏安响应,并对肾上腺素的电化学氧化具有良好的电催化性能,但极化玻碳电极的稳定性差,而聚L-半胱氨酸修饰电极则表现出良好的稳定性. The stabilities were studied and compared between the activated glassy carbon electrode and the poly (L- cysteine) modified electrode in the solution of 0.5 mol · L^-1 H2SO4 with 5.0 × 10^-3 mol · L^-1 epinephrine by cyclic voltammetry method. The results were obtained from the experiment that both of the two electrods respectively presented a parr of quasi - reversible redox peaks, and strong catalytic effects on the electrooxidation of epinephrine. However, the poly (L- cysteine) modified electrode behaved a better stability compared with the activated glassy carbon electrode.
