摘要
芬兰和德国拥有强大的经济竞争力,在很大程度上得益于其成功的职业教育培训。宏观上讲,这两个国家采用相似的原则,相互借鉴。但是,微观上讲,它们各自的培训实践还存在差异,主要表现在机构设置、课程学习、学徒训练以及职业资格的获取路径四个层面。
Both having strong economic competitiveness,to a large extent,because Finland and Germany have successful vocational education and training.From macro perspective,these two countries have adopted similar principles,learned from each other.However,from the micro-sense,their respective training exists differences,mainly reflecting in institutional settings,curriculum study,apprenticeship training and the access of vocational qualification.
