摘要
简要回顾了热敏物料精馏的基础理论,在此基础上指出了处理热敏物料的两项基本措施(降低蒸气压和减小物料在高温区的停留时间)。同时列举了热敏物料分离的方法,特别是对热敏物料精馏中常用的真空精馏方法进行了详述,概述了不同方法的特点和局限性;简述了热敏物料精馏过程中几种常用设备的应用情况。
Basic theory of distillation of heat - sensitive material was briefly reviewed. Then,two basic measures to separate them ( reducing vapor pressure and residence time of material at high temperature area ) were pointed out. Meanwhile, general separation methods and their characteristics and limitations, especially vaccum distillation method which is usually used in separation of heat - sensitive material, were summarized. Application status of several equipments usually used in distillation of heat - sensitive material were presented.
