电石渣和碱渣综合处理工艺探索

摘要 对PVC附产废电石渣和水合肼附产碱渣的综合利用工艺进行了探讨。电石渣和碱渣在特定的条件下,反应生成可回收利用的工业产品——烧碱和碳酸钙粉,烧碱浓缩后回用于水合肼装置生产次氯酸钠;碳酸钙粉送电厂作脱硫剂,经济及环保效益俱佳。 Comprehensive utilization technology of waste carbide slag by-produced in PVC production and alkali waste by-produced in hydrazine hydrate production was discussed. Under specific conditions, caustic soda and calcium carbonate powder that could be recycled and utilizated was obtained after reaction of carbide slage and alkali waste. Caustic soda after concentration was reused in hydrazine hydrate unit for producing sodium;calcium carbonate powder was sent to power plant as desulfurization agent. The technology has fine economic and environmental benefits.
