特效植物营养素对水稻不同品种营养成分和表观遗传效应的影响 被引量:15

摘要 将用特效植物营养素(SPNE)进行不同处理的水稻不同品种种子和对照种子,置于同一条件下萌发生长。结果表明,所有用SPNE处理的水稻不同品种种子的发芽率、淀粉酶活性以及幼苗株重、叶绿素和蛋白质含量均高于对照,表现出表观遗传效应,2代都用SPNE处理的水稻各项测定指标均超过用SPNE处理1代的;用SPNE处理的不同品种的稻米,其主要营养成分含量也高于对照,2代都用SPNE处理的稻米营养成分含量高于用SPNE处理1代的,用SPNE处理1代的高于对照。 Different treatment and different variety of rice seeds were treated by SPNE (Special plant nutritional element), and they germinated and grown at the same condition. The results showed that the germinative rate of seed, diastatic activity of seedling, weight of plant, content of chlorophyl and proten of all seed treated by SPNE was better than the contrast. Epigenetic effect was showed. Two generation treated by SPNE was better than one generation treated by SPNE. Most nutritional ingredient content of different variety of rice treated by SPNE were higher than the contrast, too. As well, the content of nutritional ingredient of rice that treated by SPNE in two giceneration was higher than treated by SPNE only in one generation, which was higher than the contrast.
