广东口岸进境蔬菜种子携带的杂草种子及其萌发

Study on seed germination of weeds in imported vegetable seeds in Guangdong ports

对我国广东口岸进境蔬菜种子携带的杂草种子情况进行了统计和分析,发现来自澳大利亚、美国、新西兰、丹麦、日本和泰国的蔬菜种子容易携带杂草籽。其中白菜种、菜心种、芥兰种、胡萝卜种、菠菜种和芫茜种等蔬菜种子容易携带杂草种子。对截获批次多、含量多的杂草种子进行了萌发实验,发现多数种子都能萌发。其中黄花羽扇豆、兵豆、鸡眼草、黑麦草、反枝苋的种子萌发率在90%以上,还发现部分杂草种子携带真菌病害。

Recenctly years, more and more vegetable seeds have been imported via Guangdong ports. Statistical analysis showed that the weed seeds can be found more frequently in the vegetable seeds from Australia, America, New Zealand, Denmark, Japan and Thailand etc. On the other hand, the weed seeds could been found more often from the seeds of Brassica pekinensis （Lour.） Rupr., Brassica parachinensis Bailey, Brassica alboglabra Bailey, Daucus carota L. var. sativa Hoffm.,Spinacia oleracea L.and Coriandrum sativum L. Seed germination experiment by using those weed seeds with more intercepted batches and amount in imported vegetable seeds showed that most of the intercept weed seeds can germinate, and germination rates of Lupinus lutens L., Lens culinaris Medic., Kummerowia striata （Thunb.） Sehindl., Lolium perenne L., Amaranthus retroflexus L. were more than 90%. Fungus diseases were also detected in some weed seeds.
