对我国农业投入的实证分析

Case study on agricultural input in China

根据我国财政1996～2005年对农业投入的实际情况,分析了农业投入与国民经济投入产出的关系。在此基础上运用计量经济学的分析方法,从弹性分析、拉动效率分析的角度,进一步研究农业投入对国民经济产出的贡献和对经济增长的拉动作用。结果表明,我国财政对农业的投入与国民经济投入产出关系密切,农业投入对经济增长的影响显著,但对农业的投入偏低,对经济增长的直接作用不明显。

According to the reality of our country＇s agricultural input from 1996 to 2005, the relationship between agricultural input and the national economic output was analyzed. Based on the analytical method of metric economics, the contribution of agricultural input to national economic output and its pulling effect on the increment of economy were studied by means of the elasticity analysis and pulling efficiency. It was concluded that there was a close relationship between agricultural input and the oat-put of national economy, and the investment in capital construction of agricultural had obvious effect on the increment of economy, while the total investment in agricultural at present was relatively low, and the effect on the increment of economy was inconspicuous.
