摘要 2008年,金融海啸袭卷全球,各国经济出现不同程度的衰退。为了应对金融危机,我国2008年底召开的中央经济工作会议明确提出把扩大内需作为保增长的根本途径。扩大内需,必然要重启巨大的农村消费市场。通过分析影响农村消费的2个主要因素:农村边际消费倾向和农民收入,进而指出造成农村消费不足的原因,并针对性地提出几点对策。 As the global financial crisis appearing in 2008, major economies suffered recession in varying degrees. To tackle these economic hazards, the central economic working conference was held at the end of 2008 and clearly stated to put domestic demand expansion on top of the agenda as a basic resort to ensure national economic growth. To expand domestic demand, first and foremost, was to stimulate consumption in our large rural market. This article discussed two major factors that affect rural consumption :rural marginal propensity to consume and rural income; then analyzed the causes leading to rural consumption deficiency. At the end certain countermeasures were brought according to what we discussed.
