摘要
在乳化剂OP存在下及0.3mol/LHCl介质中,铅、铜在峰电位-0.55V及-0.34V(vs.SCE)处分别有一灵敏的溶出峰。详细探讨了溶出分析的最佳条件。本方法已用于发酵酒、配制酒、蒸馏酒及饮料中铅、铜的直接测定,回收率为90.6%~110%,RSD为0.2%~8.2%,检出限为0.025~0.0054μg/20mL范围。
he optimum conditions for the simultaneous determination of Pb and Cu in the presence of emulsifier OP by differential potential stripping analysis (DPSA) have been studied.It was found that the sensitive stripping peak potentials of Pb and Cu were -0.55V and -0.34V( vs .SCE) respectively in a supporting electrolyte of 0.3mol/L HCl.The detection limit is 0.025~0 0054μg/20mL for Pb and Cu respectively.Its relative standard deviation is 0.2%~8 2% and the recovery is 90.6%~110%.The proposed method has been applied to the direct determination of Pb and Cu in foods.
