摘要
将大豆粉制成琼脂悬浮液,直接喷入空气-乙炔火焰,用工作曲线法进行测定。测定结果与灰化法一致。检测限为9×10-3mg/L,相对标准偏差<5.4%。
Soybean flour is suspended in 0.1% agar sol,instead of being digested or ashed,and injected into air acetylene flame by standard addition method to determine magnesium.The results are consistent with those obtainded by ashing method.This method is convenient and rapid.
