摘要 陕西省某铅锌矿矿石因氧化程度高、易泥化而较难选,尤其是氧化锌的回收困难。试验针对矿石性质,采用了铅的硫化矿物和氧化矿物混合浮选回收,锌的硫化矿物、氧化矿物依次单独回收的方案。选铅时采用了组合捕收剂乙硫氮+丁胺黑药,选氧化锌时采用了复合捕收剂A928,最终获得了铅品位和回收率分别为53.67%和82.92%、含锌5.23%的铅精矿,锌品位和回收率分别为51.08%和40.75%、含铅1.06%的硫化锌精矿及锌品位和回收率分别为22.55%、44.28%、含铅1.22%的氧化锌精矿,实现了氧化铅锌矿石的有效分选。 The oxidized Pb - Zn ore mined from Shanxi province is very hard to be beneficiated, especially for recovering zinc from the ore, due mainly to its high degree of oxidation and easy to slime. Directed at the ore properties, the following principled flowsheet is selected : bulk flotation for recovering sulfide minerals of lead and oxidized minerals of lead;single flotation of zinc sulfide minerals and single flotation of zinc oxide minerals. During the process of separating lead, a combined collector was adopted, and in the process of floating zinc oxide minerals, a compound collector A928 was adopted. As a result,a lead concentrate with 53.67% lead grade,82.92% recovery and 5. 23% zinc content,a zinc sulfide concentrate with 51.08% zinc grade,40.75% recovery and 1.06% lead content, and a zinc oxide concentrate with 22.55% zinc grade,44.28% recovery and 1.22% lead content were obtained. Thus, the separation of this oxidized leadzinc ore is effectively realized.
