Alkaline Decomposition of the Combined Concentrate of Scheelite and Wolframite under Microwave-assisted Condition

摘要 考察了微波辐射加热条件下微波辐射功率、NaOH用量及质量浓度、精矿粒度等对低品位黑(白)钨精矿中WO3浸出率的影响。结果表明:在常压、微波功率为320W、NaOH用量为理论量的2倍、NaOH质量浓度为500g/L、精矿粒度为-0.074mm占80%的条件下,含WO330%左右的黑、白钨混合精矿经40min左右的分解,WO3浸出率可达到96%以上。 The leaching behavior of WO3 from the combined concentrate of scheelite and wolframite containing WO3 30% under microwave - assisted action was investigated. The influences of microwave radiation power, the dosage and concentration of leaching solution NaOH, the granularity of concentrate on the WO3 leaching rate were examined. Experimental results showed that the optimal reaction eonditions are as follows:microwave radiation power is 320W,the dosage of NaOH is two times as theoretical value,the concentration of leaching solution NaOH is 500g/ L. After alkaline decomposition of abeut 40min,above 96% WO3 were leached from the combined concentrate.
