用EPROM编码实现的增量码信号处理系统

摘要 为能有效地滤除各种不符合相序的干扰脉冲信号且其他性能参数(如测量速度等)不受影响,设计了一种采用EPROM编码反馈技术实现四细分辨向的增量码信号处理电路。系统以大规模集成器件8253作为计数器件,用单片机89C51完成测量运算及控制功能,使得系统结构大为简化,并具有较强的抗干扰性能及较高的智能化程度。该系统可用于光栅、激光干涉仪等输出非调制信号的增量式测量装置的信号处理。 In order to eliminate the noise pulses which mismatch phase sequence in the condition that other performance parameters (such as measuring speed) are not affected, a new signal processing circuit about incremental code is designed, in which the technique of feedback loop is used for interpolation and determining direction coding based on EPROM. 8253 is used as a counting component, and single-chip computer 89C51 is used for measuring and control, which make the structure of this system simpler, anti-disturbance performance better and intelligent degree higher. Thus it can be applied in incremental measuring device such as grating and laser interfemmeter that export non-modulated signals.
