摘要
采用石墨炉原子吸收法(GFAAS)检测中药材金银花中微量重金属铅、镉的含量。考察了基体改进剂、灰化/原子化温度和常见共存离子等因素对测定的影响,建立以NH4H2PO4为基体改进剂石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定金银花中微量铅、镉的方法。条件优化后的方法简便快速,重现性好,灵敏度、准确度高,铅的检出限为0.268μg/L,镉的检出限为0.013μg/L,回收率85%~110%。
Using NHaH2PO4 as matrix modifier, the Pb and Cd were determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. The best conditions were confirmed by the investigation of matrix modifier, ashing temperature, atomization temperature and inferences of other metals. The method is simple, fast, reproducible, high sensitive and accurate.The detection limit of Pb is 0.268 μg/L, Cd is 0.013μg/L. Recoveries are in the range of 85%-110%.
