摘要
针对钻孔测斜仪中电缆传输的复杂性以及引入的误差,采用蓝牙技术进行数据传输,把井下采集到的数据经蓝牙传输到地面系统,能实时测量和记录钻孔过程中的工作参数。以斯图曼公司的BlueRS+MF3蓝牙芯片为基础,从硬件和软件两方面对蓝牙通信进行了研究。经调试,蓝牙通信工作稳定,传输数据可靠,抗干扰性好,实现了预期的功能要求,具有较高的实用价值。
For the complexity and the introduction of errors in the cable transmission, Bluetooth has been used to transmit data in drilling inclinometer, i.e. the data collected from the underground can be transmitted to the ground system by Bluetooth. Therefore, operation parameters of drilling process can be measured and recorded in real-time. On the base of Bluetooth chips, BlueRS+MF3 from Stollmann Company, Bluetooth communications have been studied either from hardware or from software. After commission, the work of Bluetooth communications is stability, data transmission is reliable, anti-jamming ability is well and the desired functional requirements are successful. All above predicts its higher practical value.
