IMRT联合热化疗治疗原发性肝癌的临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察IMRT联合热化疗治疗中晚期肝癌的疗效以及放疗量效、热疗次数与疗效关系。方法54例患者随机分组,统计分析单纯IMRT治疗与联合热疗、热化疗治疗的差异,及放疗量效、热疗次数与疗效的关系。结果IMRT联合热化疗治疗组比单纯IMRT组有效率明显提高,差异有显著性(P〈0.05);DT≥60Gy比DT〈4Gy有效率明显提高,差异有显著性妒〈0.05);微波热疗≥4次比〈4次有效率明显提高,差异有显著(P〈0.05)。结论IMRT联合热化疗能更有效的控制肿瘤发展:肿瘤量DT与疗效呈正相关;微波治疗次数与疗效呈正相关。
