我院临床常用中药不良反应分析

Analysis of Adverse Drug Reactions from Our Hospital in Associated with Clinical Commonly Used Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的探讨我院近几年临床常用中药不良反应的发生情况及其原因，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法对我院临床常用中药不良反应报表进行统计分析。结果近几年来，临床常用中药不良反应的发生率有所上升，所发生的不良反应涉及药品较广，其中以注射剂居多。结论中药的不良反应逐年增加，发生原因各异，应加强对中药不良反应的认识与重视。

Objective To investigate adverse effects and reasons associated with clinical commonly used traditional Chinese medicines for clinical reference. Methods Adverse drug reactions reports from our hospital were used for statistical analysis. Resu Its Recently, the adverse drug reactions increased with involement of many kinds of clinical commonly used traditional Chinese medicines, mostly by injection. Cone I us i on Understanding and attention should be advised in administering traditional Chinese medicines to patients owing to yearly increase of unwanted reactions.
