摘要
应用维甲酸所致的骨质疏松症模型,灌胃强骨胶囊45mg·kg-1·d-1、90mg·kg-1·d-1、180mg·kg-1·d-1三个剂量组28d。结论:该药各组和阿法D3组与模型组比较均能明显提高大鼠骨密度(P<0.05)、骨结构力学的最大载荷、最大能量吸收值(P<0.05),骨材料力学的弹性应变、最大应力、弹性模量(P<0.05),其中大剂量组(除弹性模量外)作用更为明显且优于阿法D3组。说明该药能增加骨组织的承载力,提高骨骼抵抗外力冲击的能力,并对骨的几何形状及内在材料特性有一定的改善作用。另外,该药能升高血Ca、E2、T、FSH、BALP、ALP(P<0.05),降低PTH(P<0.05)水平。总之,强骨胶囊具有增加骨密度,改善骨生物力学指标,具有性激素及促性腺激素样作用,可以提高血钙及血、骨中的碱性磷酸酶,促进骨形成,抑制骨吸收。
The osteoporosis rat model induced by retinoic acid was treated by gastric infusion of Qianggu Capsule with the doses of 45mg·kg -1 ·d -1 ,90mg·kg -1 ·d -1 and 180mg·kg -1 ·d -1 respectively for 28 days. The results showed that the bone mineral density(BMD), the maximal load of bone construction mechanics, maximal energy absorption value, and elasticity strain,maximal stress and modulus elasticity of bone material mechanics increased in Qianggu Capsule groups(P< 0.05 ) as compared with the αD 3 group and model control group.In addition,Qianggu Capsule raised the concentrations of plasma Ca, E 2, T,FSH, BALP and ALP(P< 0.05 ),and decreased the level of PTH(P< 0.05 ).It is indicated that Qianggu Capsule can increase BMD, improve biomechanic indexes and exert the similar effect of sex hormone and gonadotropin,also increase blood calcium and alkalinne phosphotase in blood and bone, accelerate bone formation and inhibit bone assimilation.
