摘要
采用四氧嘧啶静脉注射合高脂食饵的复合兔模型,观察菊苣胶囊对高血糖、高血脂模型兔血糖、血脂及血尿酸的影响。结果发现,菊苣胶囊在连续口服给药时,可降低模型动物第2周、第4周、第8周时空腹血糖、甘油三酯、总胆固醇水平,同时降低第4周、第8周时血尿酸水平。表明菊苣具有改善代谢紊乱的多方面作用。
To explore the effects of Cichorii Capsule on sugar, lipid and uric acid in serum of rabbit with hyperlipidemia and diabetes mellitus,45 rabbits were allocated randomly to 5 groups. The rabbit model was set up by intravenous injection of alloxan.The results showed that after persistent oral administration of Cichorii Capsule the contents of fasting blood sugar,triglyceride and cholesterol decreased in the second,fourth and eighth weeks,and uric acid also decreased in the fourth and eighth weeks. It is concluded that Cichorii Capsule exerts multiple effects in improving metabolic disorder,and this will be helpful for the prevention and treatment of diabetes mellitus and its complications.
